Janice Krakora-Looby, M.D. and Jeffrey E. Fireman, M.D. joined together to establish Fairview Pediatrics LLC in October 2001. In July 2005, they welcomed Dr. Kimberly Forsey to their medical staff. SEASONAL & H1N1 INFLUENZA VACCINE UPDATE

- SEASONAL INFLUENZA VACCINE: We have a full supply of Seasonal Influenza Vaccine available for all age groups. Seasonal Influenza usually begins to appear in our community in mid-winter. It is not too late to be vaccinated against this illness. Call the office now to schedule an appointment.
- H1N1 INFLUENZA VACCINE: We are awaiting our shipment of H1N1 Influenza Vaccine. Delivery dates have not been given to us. An update will be posted to this site when it arrives. The Lake County Health Department has received a large supply of the H1N1 Vaccine.
